Product Overview:

This set of knives is made up of five knives from the Opera series: a paring knife (4”), two fillet knives (6” and 8”), a chefs knife (8”), and a bread knife (7”). The set includes a walnut lacquered beechwood block.

This series stands out for its rounded back of the blade and for its bolster, which may make sharpening more difficult, but protects the hands from unwanted cuts. It has a black polyoxymethylene (POM) handle.

All the knives in this set (except the bread knife because it has a serrated edge) benefit from the exclusive silk edge, which gives them an improved cutting capacity.
Made with forged NITRUM stainless steel to guarantee that it lasts longer.

Tongue-and-groove stainless steel rivets to prevent corrosion and guarantee a better grip.
